What every Aspire resident gets

Independent sober living that works with all Houston-area treatment programs

How Aspire Works

Built for real, long-term recovery.

Three things every resident gets from day one.

A Real Home

Modern, well-maintained Houston homes — not a dorm or a treatment ward. Clean rooms, full kitchens, shared common spaces. A place you can be proud to live.

Community & Accountability

You don't do this alone. Residents hold each other accountable, attend meetings together, and build the kind of sober community that protects long-term recovery.

Ryan, founder of Aspire Recovery Homes

Founder-led

Started by people in recovery, for people in recovery.

“I started Aspire to add to the recovery infrastructure here in Houston — to give people one more place to land after treatment, one more shot at building the life they're working toward. What I love most is the camaraderie. That's what we're building, one resident at a time.”

Sober Living + Treatment

Designed to work with PHP, IOP, SOP, and aftercare.

Aspire is a standalone sober living community — not a treatment program — which means we partner with every reputable outpatient program in the Houston area. The combination of structured housing + outpatient treatment is one of the best-supported recovery pathways in the research.

PHP with housing

Partial Hospitalization (PHP) is 5–6 hours of clinical care per day, 5 days a week. Most clients can't go straight back to their pre-treatment environment. Aspire provides a structured place to live while you attend PHP — curfew, drug testing, peer support, and accountability built in.

IOP with housing

Intensive Outpatient (IOP) is typically 9–12 hours of clinical care per week, allowing residents to work or go to school. Aspire provides the off-hours structure — sober environment, accountability, community — that gives IOP its best chance of working.

Aftercare & long-term

Finished IOP or SOP? Living somewhere unsafe? Aspire works as a long-term step-down for adults who have completed treatment and need a structured place to continue building a recovery life.

We work with all reputable outpatient providers in Houston, including Altura Recovery & Wellness in Bellaire. If you're shopping for a treatment program, we'll help you find one that fits your insurance, schedule, and recovery needs.
